By accessing or using RemotusHire ("the Service"), operated by RemotusHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including employers, job seekers, and visitors.
RemotusHire is an online platform that connects employers with job seekers by allowing companies to post job listings and job seekers to browse and apply for remote job opportunities. The Service includes features such as job posting, payment processing through Stripe, and user account management. RemotusHire reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, such as posting or applying for jobs, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. RemotusHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Companies may post job listings on RemotusHire for a fee, processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By using the Service, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions, available at stripe.com/legal. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. RemotusHire is not responsible for any issues arising from Stripe's services, including payment disputes or processing errors.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Employers are responsible for ensuring that job listings are accurate, lawful, and comply with all applicable employment laws. RemotusHire does not guarantee the accuracy of job listings or the suitability of candidates. Job seekers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job opportunities before applying or sharing personal information.
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RemotusHire or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from RemotusHire.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemotusHire and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and RemotusHire makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or availability of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold RemotusHire, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
RemotusHire may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
RemotusHire may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
